Job Description
- Customer service: greet and welcome customers in a friendly and courteous manner, provide information and assistance to the public, answering questions and addressing concerns, also offer guidance on navigating the facility or accessing services and resolve customer complaints or issues to the best of your ability and escalate as necessary.
- Facility maintenance: monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of public areas, ensuring they are safe and presentable, report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Crowd control: assist in managing crowds during events or peak times to maintain order and safety and provide directions and guidance to visitors to avoid congestion.
- Safety and security: be aware of emergency procedures and act accordingly in the event of a safety or security issue, report any suspicious activity or safety concerns to the appropriate authorities.
Requirements
- Min High School in hospitality or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with the public and address their needs.
- Problem-Solving Skills: ability to think on your feet and find solutions to customer inquiries or issues.
- Multitasking: ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, especially during busy periods or events.
- Knowledge of facility or services: familiarity with the organization's facilities, services, and policies.
- Security Awareness: awareness of security protocols and the ability to respond to security-related situations appropriately.
- Having first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
