Job Description
Responsibility :
- Network development of new and existing hospitals.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with hospitals.
- Perform hospitals orientations and ongoing education.
- Handling Complaints in accordance with the scope of authority.
- Perform hospitals orientations and ongoing education.
- Verify and review provider web applications and maintain hospitals information in the database.
- Responsible for analysis and explanation of contractual guidelines and policies.
- Make reports and presentations.
- Willing to carry out other additional tasks related to the needs / development of the Company according to the relevant competencies.
Requirements
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Provider Relations in Insurance/ TPA or Hospital.
- Proven experience in consistently exceeding quota/target.
- Computer literate.
- Strong in communications.
- Target oriented.
- Good communication.
- Well-Groomed.
