Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns across digital pharmacy platforms, B2B marketplaces, and partner channels to drive OTC product sales.
  • Develop annual and monthly promotional calendars aligned with commercial objectives, product priorities, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Key Account, Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, E-commerce, and external digital pharmacy partners to ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Manage promotional mechanics including discounts, bundles, cashback, vouchers, visibility packages, banner placements, and sponsored campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as sales uplift, ROI, conversion rate, traffic, basket size, and customer engagement, then provide actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor competitor promotional activities, pricing, assortment, and digital visibility to identify business opportunities.
  • Ensure product listings, promotional content, and digital assets are accurate, compliant, and optimized across partner platforms.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and present business insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage promotional budgets and ensure effective utilization of marketing investments.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and Medical teams to ensure all promotional materials comply with applicable pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
  • Support new product launches by developing digital promotional strategies for B2B pharmacy channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with digital pharmacy partners and marketplace account managers to maximize campaign effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Promotion, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Commercial Excellence within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
  • Prior experience managing promotional activities for OTC products through B2B digital pharmacy platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of OTC business, pharmacy distribution channels, digital commerce, and promotional mechanics.
  • Experience working with digital pharmacy platforms, B2B marketplaces, or e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, campaign performance, and market trends to develop business recommendations.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, results-driven, and capable of making data-driven decisions
