Job Description
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various projects across department
- Support financial reporting, budgeting, and administrative tasks
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making
- Help with hiring, onboarding, and HR administration
- Assist in procurement, legal, and compliance-related tasks
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with leadership to ensure smooth execution of daily operations
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Business, Management, Economics, Political Science, or related fields
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Interest in operations, business strategy, and project management
