Job Description
- Consulting about budget construction and assisting in the search for contractor vendors
- Provide direction to the construction team, and distribute tasks to each sub-contractor
- Perform supervision, decision-making, and field coordination between Cove and sub-contractors
- Preparation of weekly reports regarding property construction progress, budget, and constraints on site
- Revise designs related to adjustments to design constraints on site
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the same field
- Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
- Good basic knowledge in low-rise / middle-rise building operational work flow & system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrates a high level of teamwork
- Able to manage and prioritize time and be committed to meeting deadlines for assigned tasks and deliverables
- Willing to work on weekends if required
