Job Description
- Survey Lokasi
- Menyusun Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB)
- Melakukan Tender Project & Negosiasi dengan Pihak ke-3
- Koordinasi Internal dan External (Fit out mall, supplier dan kontraktor) yang berkaitan
- Ceklist dan Opname Aktivitas Pekerjaan
- Pemasangan baru, dan tambah daya listrik
- Mereview tagihan Supplier dan Kontraktor
- Melakukan pengawasan pengerjaan Project oleh kontraktor
- Melakukan riset dan analisa data project
Requirements
- Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Sipil
- Bersedia duty travel ke luar kota dan biasa bekerja Lapangan untuk pengawasan
- Mampu Menyusun RAB
- Memiliki pengalaman yang sama minimal 2 Tahun (lebih disukai diindustry FnB
