Job Description
- Assist the Project Manager in conceptualizing, planning, and executing project events or Tournament Handling.
- Scrutinize event expenses/invoices before generating a purchase order.
- Ensure strict adherence to the budget agreed upon with the client.
- Set and deliver services based on the timeline agreed upon with the client.
- Handle operational and Tournament to ensure projects are efficiently delivered.
- Provide suggestions on how to enhance an event.
- Ensure prompt steps are taken to resolve any issues that may jeopardize the success of an event.
- Coordinate with logistic teams (transportation, F&B, production, registration, marketing, broadcast, and operation) during pre-event, show day, and post-event to ensure the project runs smoothly as agreed.
- Supervise event crew and vendors.
- Analyze the success of an event and prepare post-event reports.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to work with the team according to project needs
Requirements
- Preferred bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable university.
- At least 1 year experience in League Operations.
- Excellent communication skills, including networking, relationship-building, and proficiency in written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English.
- Administrative skills to undertake project technical support functions.
- Required languages: English (Intermediate) and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Passion for esports or gaming industries will be a big plus.
