Job Description
- Lead the report creation until it is finished smoothly and on time
- Ensure the data collection runs well
- Coordinate with other departments in the company
- Working with external writer & designer
- Together with the Head of ESG, ensure the content of the report writer meets the company's needs.
- Coordinate with JALA's marketing team to make sure the items used and the design align with the company standard
- Regularly monitor progress with the Head of ESG.
Requirements
Soft skills needed:
- Having self-leadership and self-motivation
- Result-oriented
- A Detailed person
- Fast work pace
- Meticulous in data calculation and verification
- Good communication (they will communicate primarily with cross-departmental teams)
Hard skills needed:
- Familiar with the GRI standard
- Having the ability to organise a report based on the framework (experienced in creating SR previously and added value)
- Experienced in copywriting or formal report writing (press release or academic article).
- Fluent in English (would be great if they have the ability in formal English writing).
- Having creativity in design (needed to check and build the design along with partners)
- Most importantly, have enough time, minimum 4 hours a day, for 3 months to get the report done

All the data from every farm using the system is automatically sent in for collation and review in order to gain valuable insight into the industry as a whole.
This data can be broken down into farm performance, production levels, and disease patterns across region, species and/or manager. Through the power of data JALA will make sustainable and profitable shrimp farming common practice.
