Job Description
- Oversee and manage projects across our services: Social Media Management, Ads, Live Commerce, MCN, Affiliates, KOL, Campaigns, and Offline Activations.
- Plan project scope, timelines, and priorities together with clients and internal teams.
- Maintain good client relationships and make sure expectations and deliverables stay aligned.
- Monitor progress, flag risks early, and help the team find solutions when issues come up.
- Review project performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Min. 2 years of experience in a digital agency/brand is required
- Proven experience in social media, live shopping, KOL management, and end-to-end project management
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with clients
- Analytical and capable of developing insightful project reports
- Highly organized, creative, and updated with social media trends
