About Edufarmers International Foundation

Yayasan Edu Farmers International (Edufarmers) is a nonprofit foundation working in the field of sustainable agriculture and the empowerment of Indonesian farmers. We believe that Indonesia's food security begins with empowered farmers and a well-nourished generation.

Edufarmers is currently an implementation partner of the Free Nutritious Meals Program (Makan Bergizi Gratis/MBG) a national priority program of the government and is committed to building an operational system that is transparent, accountable, and creates real impact for beneficiaries.

We are looking for a Project Manager who will lead the full implementation of the MBG Program in Malang across all five operational themes. You will be the primary driver of program delivery on the ground — ensuring every activity runs on time, every rupiah is traceable, and every beneficiary receives safe and nutritious meals, every day.

The Project Lead will report to our COO and will supervise Project Associates in Indonesia and Technical Consultants in Vietnam and Thailand, while coordinating directly with partner teams in Thailand and Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

Food Safety System (Zero Incidence)

Zero food-poisoning incidents. Every beneficiary receives food that is safe from procurement to distribution.

Nutrition System (Zero Stunting)

Every meal meets nutritional standards. Beneficiaries receive well-balanced, evidence-based menus.

Operational Efficiency

Every rupiah is tracked, every process is lean. No material deviations from plan.

HR & Local Capacity Development

A capable, motivated field team. A sustainable local talent ecosystem beyond the program.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Accountability

Reports available in minutes — not days. Zero audit findings. Full data traceability.
