Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Generate a pipeline of potential clients and partners through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects.
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry influencers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Create detailed proposals, presentations, and contracts to secure new business.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients.
  • Achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets, ensuring profitable business expansion.
  • Monitor market performance and adjust strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create business plans and set long-term objectives.
  • Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to execution.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and follow up to ensure high levels of service and repeat business.
  • Provide regular updates on progress toward goals, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze performance data to improve strategies and operational efficiency.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

 

Requirements

QUALIFICATION :

  • University Degree in Business, and/or a related field
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry, with a minimum of 5 years.
  • Fluent in English (both speaking and writing), Mandarin plus one
  • Develop, implement, and manage strategy for marketing
  • Familiar with and understand the market of Indonesia, able to work independently, and willing to do business traveling.
  • Eager to improve and have the initiative to achieve the target.
  • Expert in making budget plans for company achievemen
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang and be mobile to other locations when needed
  • Available to join ASAP
