Job Description
We're currently looking for:
- Project Manager Event / Installation
- Project Manager Agency.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables for the project.
- Define project tasks, and resource requirements, and allocate responsibilities to team members.
- Coordinate project activities and monitor progress to ensure timely execution.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Budgeting and Resource Management:
- Develop project budgets and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to financial constraints.
- Identify resource requirements, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met.
- Anticipate potential resource risks and conflicts then proactively resolve them.
Stakeholder Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Address client concerns and provide effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Identify potential risks and develop risk management strategies to minimize their impact.
- Monitor project activities for compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Implement contingency plans and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.
Quality Control:
- Ensure that the projects meet quality standards and exceed client expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with specifications and industry standards.
- Implement appropriate corrective actions to address any quality deviations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in related industries.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
