Job Description

You are expected to be able to:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Informatics, IT, Computer science, and similar major
- Solid understanding in SDLC and banking workflow
- Ready to be placed in our banking industry
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with at least 3 years in banking/finance industry.
Skillset: Scrum Methodology, Research, Critical Thinking, Growth Mindset
