Job Description
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate project status updates to all stakeholders and project team members
- Collaborate with product owners and development team to ensure project requirements are met
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes
- Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and contractors
- Ensure project deliverables meet customer and stakeholder expectations
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to senior management
- Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to established project management standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management in IT product solutions
- Strong knowledge and able to handle IT infrastructure, including network architecture, hardware, software, and AI
- Proven experience in leading and delivering complex software projects within the established timeline and budget
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and change management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a project team to achieve project goals
- Knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred
