About the Role
You’ll be the central driver ensuring ideas become outcomes. As Project Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end execution—aligning teams, managing timelines, and keeping deliverables sharp, on time, and on goal. You’ll bring structure to fast-moving initiatives and ensure every project runs with precision and purpose.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, and oversee multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
- Define project scopes, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless execution and accountability.
- Track progress, flag risks early, and resolve bottlenecks quickly.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for leadership.
- Optimize workflows and documentation for repeatable success.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in project management, operations, or strategy execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Solid understanding of timelines, dependencies, and deliverable tracking.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
- Comfortable using tools like Notion, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
Bonus Points
- Experience leading cross-department or client-facing projects.
- Background in SaaS, startups, or fast-paced environments.
