Job Description
Project Manager is a crucial role responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, enabling the effective coordination of teams and the seamless execution of project plans.
- Initiate, plan, and oversee the execution of all aspects of projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of developers, designers, QA testers, and other specialists.
- Develop comprehensive project plans detailing milestones, timelines, resources, and budget.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and fostering strong relationships.
- Anticipate and mitigate potential risks, ensuring projects remain on track.
- Resolve project conflicts and handle any unforeseen issues, ensuring minimal disruptions.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation related to project requirements, changes, and progress.
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to determine areas of improvement for future projects.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders for strategic planning.
Requirements
- Demonstrable related experience with a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of software development processes and life cycles.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Good client centricity.
- Passionate, strong initiative, self-driven with a commitment to succeed.
- Proficient in English.
