Job Description
- Manage projects and customer expectation
- Manage stakeholders for each project engagement
- Managing timeline and project deliverables
- Manage communication with customer
- Project documentation and sign off
- Managing multiple different project sprint and deliverables
- Configures project management tools, plans and executes acceptance testing
- Managing project report both internally and externally
- Risk management, including identification, assessment of impact and active risk mitigation
- Well-maintained customer relationship and satisfaction
- Handling end-to-end project processes including P&L management
Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferably in the fields of computer science/computer engineering/information technology or other relevant field
- Experience in project management, consulting, or related fields for at least around 3-5 years
- Strong technical aptitude
- CAPM or PMP or Scrum Master or Agile experiences is preferable
- Proven ability to deliver low to high range of complexity programs of work and projects
- Experience implementing and driving change and business improvements
- Establishment and delivery of programs through to completion with a strong commitment to meeting budget, timeframe and quality requirements
- Management of 3rd party vendors / solution partners, including relationship management
- Possess strong Customer Centric behaviors with a highly developed ‘Service Culture’ by ‘going the extra mile’ to satisfy customers and stakeholders
- Having a growth mindset & sense of ownership
- Strong commitment to proactiveness & initiatives
