Job Description
- Manage and execute offline sales projects from planning through implementation
- Collaborate with product, sales, operations, and training teams to improve processes and execution
- Support offline sales teams with operational guidelines, training materials, and incentive programs
- Execute operational strategies to drive user acquisition and business growth in offline channels
- Track KPIs and monitor sales performance to ensure targets are achieved
- Analyze data and on-the-ground insights to identify gaps and recommend improvements
- Document workflows, SOPs, and best practices to support scalable operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, International Business, Chinese Studies, Translation, or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Operations, Project Management, or Sales Operations (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Basic understanding of Finance or E-commerce industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with offline sales operations, including experience in sales incentives and motivation programs.
- Ability to conduct basic data analysis and make decisions based on data and on-the-ground insights.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
