• Conduct market research through direct observation to gather accurate data based on company needs, as well as using third-party data to ensure objective and precise research results.
• Conduct surveys around clinic development locations to gather data on customer characteristics, sales or traffic estimates, beauty clinic regulations, and costs required for building a new clinic.
• Analyze survey results and collected data to draw insights and ensure the clinic development plan proceeds smoothly.
• Support the negotiation process for building or space prices for new clinics to align with the company’s budget and manage the acquisition process.
• Analyze the need for lease contract extensions for Erha/Dermies locations to ensure uninterrupted clinic operations without licensing or property issues.
• Build and maintain good relationships and collaborations with internal and external parties to drive business goals.
• Collect offering letters from agencies or external parties regarding building/space offers as considerations for clinic expansion location decisions.
• Prepare reports on data analysis and costs incurred for building new clinics based on local pricing to gain useful insights.
• Monitor the clinic expansion process and ensure it follows the established timeline.
