Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Project Management Officer to lead our Startup Program initiative. Over the next 6 months, you will manage the program’s design, implementation, and delivery while fostering collaboration with startups, experts, and partners to ensure successful execution and long-term impact.
Responsibilities
Program Development & Execution
- Plan, and execute startup programs, focusing on early-stage startups aiming for business growth and potential global expansion.
- Develop program schedules, content, and curriculum (if needed) in collaboration with subject matter experts, mentors, and industry leaders.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to ensure alignment with strategic goals and entrepreneurial ecosystem needs.
Startup Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for participating startups, offering guidance and ensuring their progress throughout the program.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one mentorship to address the specific challenges faced by startups. (subject to change, based on the program)
Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, government agencies, investors, and ecosystem players to enhance program resources and opportunities.
- Identify and secure partnerships that align with the program's objectives, including global expansion initiatives and investment opportunities.
- Represent KUMPUL in networking events, startup showcases, and international forums to promote the program.
Resource Management
- Recruit, onboard, and manage mentors, trainers, and other program facilitators.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field (Master’s degree will be a plus).
- Experience:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in program management, entrepreneurship development, or startup ecosystem building.
- Experience designing and managing programs or initiatives for startups.
- Strong understanding of product development processes, including MVP creation, user research, and agile methodologies.
- Language:
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Personality Traits:
- Easy to work with and highly collaborative.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to adapt to diverse teams and stakeholders.
