Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and persuasive copy for marketing campaigns, ads, website/app content, and other product communication channels.
  • Manage and execute end-to-end localization projects, including coordinating translation resources, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product, legal and compliance, developers, etc. to localized language, ensuring alignment and consistency in the core messages.
  • Conduct linguistic reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure an accurate result that aligns with brand guidelines, cultural sensitivities, and preferences.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify, adapt, and optimize industry trends, localization tone, style of writing, and content for specific markets, considering factors such as language, imagery, symbols, and user experience to match different target demographics and brand personalities.
  • Develop and maintain localization guidelines, glossaries, and style guides to ensure consistency and quality across localized content.
  • Develop strategy to improve team knowledge, productivity, and efficiency

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Indonesia both oral and written is a must
  • Business graduate (Master’s Degree will be a plus)
  • Experience in managing a team or possessing senior experience as a Copywriter, Product Marketing, Business, Operation, or similar role, preferably in a technology, financial, e-commerce, or startup environment
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and journey
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail and a meticulous approach to quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in crafting copy for various channels, including digital, print, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and collaboration skills who can work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
