Job Description

  1. Work closely with the Core IT, QA, Core Project Management, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and product delivery.
  2. Monitor key project milestones and product progress, and provide timely updates to management and relevant business stakeholders.
  3. Present project and product updates in various internal forums while representing different subsidiary business units.
  4. Facilitate communication and feedback from clients and business users to the engineering or related teams to support continuous product improvement.
  5. Identify and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution and minimize impact on product performance and client experience.
  6. Organize and lead weekly project and product review meetings with relevant stakeholders across subsidiary business units.
  7. Manage and maintain project documentation, including Change Requests, Gantt Charts, User Manuals, and other related product documentation.
  8. Develop a strong understanding of deployed platforms and products, as well as the business processes of each business unit, to support successful implementation.
  9. Perform initial system testing based on client and business requirements to ensure the product functions as expected.
  10. Contribute to product enhancement initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities based on user feedback and operational insights.

Requirements

  1. 1–3 years of experience in system operations, technical support, ERP-related roles, or IT project environments.
  2. Strong understanding of ERP modules and system workflows.
  3. Hands-on experience handling live system issues and troubleshooting operational problems.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, including presentation skills.
  5. Experience working on IT-related projects, particularly those involving client coordination or project management activities.
  6. Preferably has a background in IT systems or ERP implementations.
  7. Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
