Job Description
As Senior Project Leader – Factory Investment, you would be closely working with Supply Chain and Senior Leaderships and your responsibilities would include but not limited to:
- Lead and engage the team responsible for expansion projects
- Leading the Masterplan Expansion Project Team; consisting of Global and Local Project Team with workstreams
- Defining scope, reviewing cost estimate and monitoring expenditures.
- Reviewing and monitoring schedules.
- Reviewing Front End Engineering Design and Detailed Engineering
- Reviewing specifications for construction and equipment purchases.
- Managing equipment procurement including tender process
- Administering contracts for construction, including preparing and evaluating bids and negotiating terms and conditions.
- Interfacing with operations
- Interfacing with government regulatory agencies for permitting processes.
- Managing fabrication, construction, and installation job
- Managing commissioning and start-up.
- Managing the turnover, ramp up and startup of facilities.
- Perform project-governance to ensure compliance to contracts, agreed designs and deliverables
- Ensure adequate management of 3rd parties to maintain safety and security of the site
Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering streams like Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial etc. Certifications eg. Project Manager Professional (PMP) would be an added advantage. Experience on project management tools and system
- Candidate must have 15-20 years’ experience and strong track record in program/portfolio management for factory investment projects
- Proven experience managing multi-cultural and multi-stakeholder environments and complex project engagements for overall manufacturing setups in product industry, preferably in FMCG
- Willingness to travel for realization of the project.
- Strong leadership skills on personality level (self-reflective, inspire others, enable performance)
- Fluent English communication skills spoken and written
