Job Description

Lead AC installations, maintenance, and repairs for office renovation projects.
Design, plan, and calculate AC requirements, ensuring optimal performance.
Prepare detailed AC line drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Supervise projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion.
Conduct site surveys and reconcile findings with final cost summaries.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Refrigeration Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
3-5 years of experience as an AC Technician, with a focus on office renovations.
Expertise in VRV systems and AC design principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
