Job Description
- Lead AC installations, maintenance, and repairs for office renovation projects.
- Design, plan, and calculate AC requirements, ensuring optimal performance.
- Prepare detailed AC line drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Supervise projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion.
- Conduct site surveys and reconcile findings with final cost summaries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Refrigeration Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience as an AC Technician, with a focus on office renovations.
- Expertise in VRV systems and AC design principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
