Job Description
- Identify project opportunities through client and donor needs mapping.
- Pitch to clients/donor regarding Waste4Change’s capacity, capability, and provide solutions for the client’s/donor’s needs.
- Develop project proposals with defined objectives, outputs/deliverables, timelines and resources according to client/donor requirements.
- Updating the progress in project development pipeline dashboard.
- Analyze and identify initiatives to improve project development pipeline performance.
- Maintain good communication and relationship with all stakeholders, both external potential and existing key clients/donors, and internal project implementors.
- Oversee marketing strategy for Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration, Management or Environmental Engineering.
- Have experience in the same field at least 1 year.
- Familiar with operating Microsoft Office, Gsuite, and Gantt Chart is a plus.
- Have good communication skill and people person.
- Interested in environmental/waste issues.
