Job Description
PT. United Family Food is a growing confectionery company committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent service to our customers. We are currently looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our team as a Project Controller Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively (team, budget, tools.)
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure timely delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in handling and managing projects end-to-end.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good command of English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.
