Job Description
- Build a strong sales pipeline (site survey, design & BOQ Meetings, negotiating with client, and create MoM).
- Create and manage good relation with existing and potential clients.
- Manage clients both before and after the deal is closed.
- Coordinate with production and operation team regarding every project to translate client's needs.
- Track and provide sales report
- Meet sales goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture (fresh graduated are welcome)
- Strong interest and knowledge in interior design and architecture, including interior construction, materials, and furniture.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Capable of handling multiple clients simultaneously
- Proficient in using Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
