Job Description
- Support project managers and delivery teams in setting up, tracking, and closing projects.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, MoMs, deliverables, resource logs, and client communications.
- Assist in tracking milestones, timelines, and action items to ensure timely delivery and issue escalation where necessary.
- Coordinate with the Finance and PMO Operations for timesheet reviews, cost tracking, and invoicing support.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance processes and cybersecurity-specific requirements in all documentation and workflows.
- Schedule and organize internal and external project meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., HR, Legal, Compliance) to support project execution and resource onboarding.
- Identify and raise inefficiencies or risks in the administrative process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in project administration, operations support, or PMO functions within the IT or cybersecurity domain.
- Advanced expertise in project governance, document management, and compliance frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency with enterprise project management tools, software registries, and office productivity suites.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities with a proven track record of managing multi-stream project documentation simultaneously.
- Senior-level stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-departmental communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in process optimization, adaptability under high-pressure environments, and proactive problem-solving
