Job Description

  • Support the project administration and documentation
  • Helpdesk onsite support and doing QA (tester), make a guideline application
  • Prepare all information, data for conducting discussion to understand high-level project description
  • Develop project schedule in MS Project and EPM
  • Manage project communication effectively and build good relationship with project team and key stakeholders
  • Support Project Manager to collect progress information, follow up activities, record change requests, problems and issues
  • Support Project Manager to develop minutes of meetings, progress reporting & forecasting and communicate/distribute the information to project team and key project stakeholders 
  • Support Project Manager to get acceptance or BAST from client on project completion and ensure contract closing.
  • Support Project Manager to ensure proper closing transfer documentation, and conduct closing meeting, etc

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineer is preferred
  • Having 1 – 2 years working experience as Project Administration
  • Meticulous and good attention to details
  • Number crunching abilities and proactive
  • Have a good time management and good working speed
  • Placement at South Jakarta
