Job Description
- Support the project administration and documentation
- Helpdesk onsite support and doing QA (tester), make a guideline application
- Prepare all information, data for conducting discussion to understand high-level project description
- Develop project schedule in MS Project and EPM
- Manage project communication effectively and build good relationship with project team and key stakeholders
- Support Project Manager to collect progress information, follow up activities, record change requests, problems and issues
- Support Project Manager to develop minutes of meetings, progress reporting & forecasting and communicate/distribute the information to project team and key project stakeholders
- Support Project Manager to get acceptance or BAST from client on project completion and ensure contract closing.
- Support Project Manager to ensure proper closing transfer documentation, and conduct closing meeting, etc
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineer is preferred
- Having 1 – 2 years working experience as Project Administration
- Meticulous and good attention to details
- Number crunching abilities and proactive
- Have a good time management and good working speed
- Placement at South Jakarta
