Job Description
- Monitor and manage the implementation of managed services.
- Assist in assigning tasks to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, such as assets, BA document collection, and summary reports of managed services for invoicing purposes.
- Assist in identifying risks in project delivery and managed services and escalate them to the project manager.
- Periodically contribute to improving project and managed service delivery, both in terms of processes and more efficient tools.
- Assist in providing training to team members as needed, aligned with project management and project goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field from reputable university
- Minimum 2 years in the same or similar position
- Possess a high level of knowledge of managed service workflows
- Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and management
- Ability to perform monitoring, analysis, and problem-solving
- Strong with Microsoft Excell or Google Spreadsheet
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Google Docs, JIRA, Trello, Asana, Qontak, or similar tools Strong in documentation
- Able to work in the office (Jakarta Pusat) and ready to travel on-site
