Job Description
- Manage and organize all project documents, ensuring files are updated, accurate, and easy to access.
- Prepare quotations based on project needs and internal requests, ensuring all details meet company standards.
- Support the creation of project documents such as briefs, timelines, and statements of work.
- Create regular project progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and monitor deliverables and timelines.
- Assist with basic project financial administration, including cost recap and payment submissions.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients for administrative needs.
- Schedule project meetings and prepare meeting notes.
- Provide general administrative support to Project Managers and other project leads.
Requirements
- Minimum S1 in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience in preparing quotations, reports, and managing project documentation.
- Meticulous, strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive, disciplined, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in project or administrative roles.
