Job Description
Content Creation
- Develop high-quality, original content in various formats (videos, blog posts, tutorials, social media posts) focused on programming and tech topics.
- Create engaging coding challenges, tips, and project-based learning materials for learners at different skill levels.
- Record and edit programming tutorials or webinars for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Educational Development
- Simplify complex programming concepts into easy-to-understand explanations for beginners.
- Collaborate with the Eduwork team to align content with the curriculum and audience needs.
Audience Engagement
- Interact with the Eduwork.id audience on social media, responding to questions, providing feedback, and fostering a sense of community.
- Stay updated on industry trends to create relevant and trending content.
Content Optimization
- Analyze the performance of published content using analytics tools to improve future content strategies.
- Continuously refine content based on user feedback and engagement metrics.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Eduwork marketing and curriculum teams to align content with the company’s goals and branding.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.).
- Familiarity with web development, app development, or data science is a plus.
- Experience in creating educational or tech-related content is highly desirable.
Creativity and Communication:
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- Experience in video editing or graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva) is a plus.
Personal Traits:
- Passion for teaching and empowering others to learn programming.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Familiarity with Eduwork.id’s target audience (18–35 years old in Indonesia).
