Job Description
- Use Powermill and Esprit software to create precise CNC programs for complex machining tasks.
- Analyze and optimize tool paths to improve productivity, minimize machining time, and reduce tool wear.
- Accurately program CNC machines based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Conduct machine simulations to ensure CNC program accuracy and safety before production.
- Identify and resolve programming or machining issues for smooth operations and on-time delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest CAD/CAM technologies and best practices to enhance CNC programming efficiency.
Requirements
- D3/S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Programmer.
- Proficient in CAD/CAM software, specifically Powermill & Esprit.
- Previous experience in a workshop and manufacturing processes.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Disciplined, responsible, and a team player.
