Job Description
Programmatic Ad Ops will support Emtek Digital's programmatic team in maximizing ad revenue, ensuring ad quality, and maintaining smooth operations across our digital properties. This is an entry-level role perfect for fresh graduates eager to learn ad tech and grow into a specialist.
- Monitor & optimize programmatic ad performance (fill rate, CPM, viewability)
- Set up & manage PMP deals and Deal IDs in Google Ad Manager
- Conduct daily ad quality checks to block bad creatives or invalid traffic
- Pull & analyze revenue reports for Sales, Finance, and management
- Troubleshoot ad serving issues with Dev team and demand partners
- Learn & apply best practices for yield optimization and ad ops
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills & advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented with eagerness to learn ad tech
- Basic understanding of digital ad metrics: CPM, Fill Rate, Viewability
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work under deadlines
- Familiar with Google Ad Manager, SQL, or digital media internship is a plus
