Job Description
- Drive execution of retail and offline commerce initiatives from planning to completion.
- Translate high-level direction into clear action plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate across internal teams such as marketing, operations, finance, and customer service, as well as external vendors and partners.
- Track progress, dependencies, and risks, and actively follow up to keep initiatives on schedule.
- Identify blockers early and push for resolution to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure each activation has clear documentation, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain regular execution cadence through check-ins and milestone reviews.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or other relevant backgrounds with strong execution experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in program management, project management, or execution-focused roles in retail, commerce, or operations environments.
- Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives at the same time with consistent follow-through.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations while still driving progress.
- Highly disciplined in time management, prioritization, and execution.
- Clear and confident communicator across different teams and seniority levels.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on outcomes rather than activity.
- Experience working with vendors, partners, or field teams is a plus.
- Willing to be hands-on and involved in both planning and on-the-ground execution.
