Job Description
- Manage end-to-end execution of SejutaCita programs (competition, scholarship, trips)
- Design participant journey (announcement → selection → onboarding → execution)
- Handle communication with participants & parents
- Coordinate mentors, alumni, and partners
- Ensure high NPS & participant satisfaction
- Create engagement strategy to grow strong alumni community
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in event/program management
- Strong project management & coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented & organized
- Passionate about youth development & leadership
- Comfortable handling 500–2,000 participants scale
