Job Description
- Conduct production planning based on demand and business timelines.
- Create and manage purchase orders (PO) to vendors/factories.
- Control and monitor inventory for packaging materials and finished goods.
- Monitor production timelines from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with external factories and internal teams (R&D, E-commerce, Marketing).
- Arrange product shipments from factory to warehouse.
- Monitor delivery progress until goods are received at the warehouse
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Experience in cosmetics/skincare industry or handling third-party manufacturing (maklon) is a plus
- Proven experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC)
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Placement : Tanjung Duren, Jakarta Barat. (On-site)
