Job Description
- Develop and maintain accurate production schedules based on customer demand, lead times, and available resources.
- Monitor and manage the inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in compliance with the Quality Management System.
- Analyze production data and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure that goals and plans are met.
- Maintain an appropriate level of inventory to meet customer requirements based on sales projections.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 1- 2 years of experience in production planning and inventory control, while fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, production planning, and inventory control.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
