Job Description
- Ensure that every process is scanned to confirm the requirements of each component until the finished product is complete.
- Input data programs starting from HC (cutting components), HU (finished upper components), HS (outsole or bottom), FG (finished shoes).
- Check the balance between the quantity entered into the SAP and MES systems and the actual quantity on the ground.
- Track the entry and exit of each component in the production process, starting from cutting, sewing, stock fitting, and assembling.
- Familiar with the MES Scanning system is a plus.
- Push production if the daily scanning target is below target, starting from scanning checks in cutting, sewing, stock fitting, and assembling.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, experience is preferred.
- Proficient in data administration (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot, Count, IF etc.) is a point plus.
- Excellent English language skills are preferred.
- Proficient in calculations/mathematics.
