Job Description
- Coordinate end-to-end production processes with third-party manufacturers (maklon).
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external manufacturing partners.
- Ensure production schedules align with company targets and delivery timelines.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of external manufacturers, including quality, output, and compliance.
- Work closely with internal departments (e.g., R&D, QA/QC, Procurement) to align product specifications and production requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including GMP, ISO, and other relevant guidelines.
- Address and resolve production issues, delays, or quality concerns with third parties.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, documentation, and KPIs.
- Support new product launches by coordinating pilot runs or scale-up with maklon.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure maklon partners meet company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing third-party or toll manufacturing, preferably in pharmaceutical, or food & beverage industries.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, process control, and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with manufacturing regulations and standards (GMP, ISO, HACCP, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with external partners.
- Proven project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to travel to third-party manufacturing facilities when necessary.
