Job Description
- Lead end-to-end event production from planning, preparation, setup, show day, until dismantling.
- Translate event concepts and client briefs into production plans, technical requirements, timelines, and manpower needs.
- Coordinate technical production including staging, lighting, audio, LED, fabrication, venue, logistics, and event equipment.
- Manage vendors, production partners, crew, and onsite manpower.
- Prepare and control production budgets, quotations, purchasing, and project costs.
- Lead technical meetings, site surveys, rehearsals, setup, and onsite execution.
- Ensure production quality, safety, timeline, and event readiness meet project requirements.
- Resolve technical and operational issues quickly during event preparation and execution.
- Monitor project progress and report production status, risks, and cost updates to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event production, activation, or event agency.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading production projects or teams.
- Strong understanding of staging, lighting, audio, LED, fabrication, logistics, and event operations.
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale events.
- Strong in production budgeting, cost control, vendor negotiation, and quotation review.
- Strong vendor and production network is preferred.
- Able to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and onsite decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working under pressure.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, or outside regular office hours during event periods.
