Job Description
- Prepare food according to standard recipes and quality.
- Manage raw material stock and ensure its availability for daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, equipment, and food ingredients in compliance with food safety standards.
- Ensure food preparation follows hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Report operational issues and provide solutions for production improvements.
- Work in a shift system, including weekends and public holidays.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in the kitchen, food production, or F&B industry
- Minimum education of SMK (Vocational School) or equivalent in Culinary, Hospitality, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome
- Familiar with recipes and standard preparation methods
- Understanding of plating techniques or product presentation
- Able to manage raw material stock efficiently
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and administrative tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, clean, and disciplined in hygiene and safety
- Willing to work in a shift system, including weekends and public holidays
- Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta.
