Job Description:
- Mengelola seluruh proses produksi untuk memastikan efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Mengembangkan perencanaan produksi (PPIC) berdasarkan market demand forecast
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim supply chain, purchasing, dan R&D untuk memastikan ketersediaan raw material.
- Memimpin, mengembangkan, dan memotivasi production team untuk mencapai target kinerja.
- Memastikan semua proses produksi sesuai quality standards and safety regulations (SOP)
- Manage reports and analyze production performance.
Requirements
Qualification:
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Industri, Teknik Kimia, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production and/or PPIC, preferably in the manufacturing industry (perfume or FMCG is a plus).
- Memiliki pemahaman production planning processes and inventory management
- Proactive, analytical, and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems or related production planning software is an advantage.
