Job Description
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of what is needed.
- Work alongside product managers and technical teams to design system architecture that meets the product goals.
- Analyze data from system usage to inform improvements and understand user behavior.
- Oversee testing and validation of product features to ensure they meet requirements and quality standards.
- Analyze, reproduce & validate if any bugs occur.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of systems, changes, and strategies for both technical teams and stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for product-related queries and communicate system changes or updates to all relevant parties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology & Engineering related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as IT Business Analyst/IT System Analyst in Ecommerce, Retail, Startup
