Job Description
- Led and facilitated project workshops to gather and analyze user requirements, developed comprehensive business blueprint documents, and conducted impact assessments.
- Managed data cleansing, data mapping, and cutover data migration for SAP FI & CO modules, and performed end-to-end testing for finance-related enhancements.
- Delivered train-the-trainer and end-user training, provided go-live and post-go-live operational support, and resolved finance system issues through ticket-based daily support.
- Actively analyzed business problems and proposed effective solutions across Finance Accounting areas
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in SAP Functional roles with strong exposure to SAP modules such as FICO
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, manage product backlogs, and work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings with excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
