Job Description

Provide proposed solutions to improve the performance of a business process
Create detailed planning for digital product project.
Provide solutions that expedite project delivery.
Product minded oriented that always put our foot in user basis
Giving recommendation for improvements and solutions of product optimization.
Having project management skills, which is responsible for the entire project for the success of system development.
Communicate and build relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop a project plan.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Product Owner in software/product development projects, especially in the banking industry (e-channel/wholesale banking)
In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum methodology for project management
In-depth knowledge of Product
Strong concepts related to Design Thinking.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills including applying a digital understanding to the work
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to integrate well into a team and build effective relationships
experienced using Google Suits, trello, jira
