Job Description
As our Product Operations Specialist, you will play a substantial role in Deall's Product Development team. You'll dive deep into the various metrics & data available across the company, generate insights, run experiments, and create recommendations for the product & business. Your efforts will have a direct influence over our customer's product habits and will roll out products that remove the friction from our users' job-seeking journey.
💪🏼 Job Description
- Take care of the breadth & depth of huge amount of data available across different tools or pipelines to improve our job matching algorithm
- Own the setting, delivering and measuring OKRs for the job application conversion
- Automate the process for finding common & uncommon patterns in customer behaviors
- Analyze the data, create hypotheses, run experiments & prove the customer value as recommendations to the company
- Collaborate with PMs, Business & Engineers to deliver highly impactful product
Requirements
🧳 Professional Background
- Data Analytics background is strongly preferred
- An Excel power user (advanced knowledge of pivot tables and formulas)
- Freshgrads to experienced ones are all welcome to apply
