Job Description
Product management
- Working closely with designers, engineers and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute and track product release from the beginning to the end
- Determines user's needs and desires by specifying the research needed to fill product gaps
- Task and milestone fulfillment in support of quarterly product objective
- PODD and SOP to support operational management needs
- Assign and distribute Token for Product Admin Weekly Task
Stakeholder Management
- Engagement between stakeholders in leadership to gain data and support and also to coordinate across team to maintain product strategy and alignment
ERP Knowledge
- Odoo Module Implementation (exp : sales, Purchase, accounting, Inventory, Manufacture)
- Odoo ERP Configuration
- Odoo Training for relevant stakeholders
Requirements
Basic ERP Knowledge
- Eagerness to learn Odoo Module
- Provide tactical problem solving solution to support operational needs
Team Management
- Provide task and team management support for product team
- Basic understanding of business canvas model: idea validation, design thinking, business model
