Job Description
- Support daily operations of the affiliate program, including product uploads, updates, and catalogue maintenance
- Ensure product information is accurate and up-to-date
- Monitor affiliate product performance dashboards and provide reports for optimization
- Assist in campaign preparations by coordinating product readiness and resolving operational issues
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (merchandising, content, and partners) to ensure smooth product and campaign execution
- Identify inefficiencies in workflow and propose improvements
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Communication, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail (teliti) and ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Agile, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Interest in e-commerce, digital platforms, or affiliate marketing is an advantage
