- Execute channel acquisition projects, including campaign rule design, landing page copywriting, user engagement, and performance tracking.
- Manage and maintain company communities (WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Discord groups), including content planning, topic engagement, and user interaction.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to drive promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, conduct user or competitor research, and explore the latest growth strategies and social media innovations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related major.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in E-commerce industry.
- Love the internet, enjoy engaging with people, and are enthusiastic about exploring online activities.
- Have in-depth knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Discord) and understand their operational rules.
- Possess strong event planning and copywriting skills, capable of creating eye-catching and engaging content.
- Have solid data analysis skills to derive user insights and develop effective operational strategies.
- Are a team player with strong stress resistance and the ability to work independently.
- Preferably have experience in community operations within Internet finance, drama, e-commerce, gaming, or related industries.
- Fluent in English (Working proficiency).
